1. You will be well rested to do things and have a life.
2. You will see the sun, it may not be as fun as look at the stars....but its good for you.
3. Some Health reason....of which I don't care to know right now.
4. You can actually hang out with your friends again, they've been wondering why you never come over anymore.
5. If your under 17 your still a kid and under the strict control of your parents. (FACE IT THEY OWN YOU)
6. When you go to sleep late you screw up screw up your eating habits as well...ahh i can smell the pounds being added on already.
7. You can still party during reasonable hours... on the weekend, plus you don't really need to go to that party your friends have been talking about for a week, you know your just going to end up drunk and wake up in someones garage.
8. You can actually function in class instead of slobbering on your notebook. trust me I've done it.
9.You will tend to sleep longer when not going to sleep at a decent hour.
10. You Can end up with a weird sleep disorder...kinda like me, which probably answers why I'm up at 3 in the morning writing a dam blog.
